A student after the Basic course, in her own words
What do you think about your basic course?
“It wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be, especially with all the people that were helping and the different ideas from everyone. It wasn't that scary. I was very scared. I had fun.”
Permanent brows are a premium service. Add the procedure to your service menu and your average check goes up, and so does demand, because clients come back for a touch-up 4 to 6 weeks after the first visit.
These are market estimates for San Diego, not a guarantee of income. Your results depend on your practice, your clients and your prices.
What you learn: powder and ombre brows course
Day 1
Day 1 includes an introduction to permanent makeup, its history, and current trends, along with an in-depth look at facial anatomy and skin structure. Trainees will learn about health and safety protocols, brow design and mapping, and techniques for powder and shading. Color theory and pigment selection are also covered, emphasizing customization for different skin tones.
Day 2
On Day 2, hands-on practice with live models allows trainees to apply learned techniques under instructor supervision. The training also includes essential aftercare instructions, client management, business practices, and marketing strategies for building a successful career in permanent makeup. Finally, trainees will be guided through the necessary certifications and licensing required to practice professionally.
You will be certified after all of our courses.
One zone is 2 full days plus a short third day. Three zones are 5 full days plus a short sixth day. The schedule of the graduation day is agreed with each student directly.
Online materials before the course, then 8 hours of theory (permanent makeup, equipment, color theory, cartridges) and 13 hours of practice: on paper, on latex, an instructor demonstration, and a live model under instructor supervision. One model for each zone you choose.
A starter kit is included in every course and is picked individually, even if you already own a machine. As a guideline, the cartridges cover at least 20 clients for one course and 60 or more for three.
You will master two permanent makeup techniques per zone. Business Marketing and Branding online class is a gift when you take all three Basic courses (brows, lips and eyes).
The full price is $2,470 for each zone. All zones sold separately. To secure your spot, you can pay $1,000, and the rest of the amount two weeks prior to the course. When you take all three Basic zones (brows, lips and eyes), the price for each zone is $2,315. We also provide a payment plan with Affirm, Klarna and PayPal.
Questions about the powder and ombre brows course
What do we teach you?
After completing our Basic permanent makeup courses, you can provide high-quality PMU services in any zone, such as brows, lips, and eyes. (2 techniques per zone, 1 with hands-on models for each zone.)
How do we teach you?
You start by learning the theory to get all the knowledge you need to become a PMU professional, then you continue practicing on paper, latex, and an actual model to gain practical skills. We guide you through all the steps during your education and provide online support upon finishing the course.
What's included?
Each zone is 2 full days plus a short third day, and the course ends with a certificate. Three zones are 5 full days plus a short sixth day. You get online materials before the course, 8 hours of theory and 13 hours of practice: on paper, on latex, an instructor demonstration, and a live model under instructor supervision (one model for each zone you choose). You will need a business license, and we explain every step. The starter kit with materials and supplies is included and is picked individually. Business Marketing and Branding online class is a gift when you take all three Basic courses (brows, lips and eyes).
How many clients does it take to cover the cost of a course?
The starter kit and materials are included in our Basic courses, so you do not need to buy anything extra to begin practicing. As an example, at a price of $350 to $700 per client, the cost of a course up to $2,470 corresponds to roughly 4 to 7 clients. How fast you get your first clients depends on your marketing and your pricing, and we cannot guarantee a result.
How much does the powder and ombre brows course cost?
The powder and ombre brows course is $2,470. When you take all three Basic zones (brows, lips and eyes), the price for each zone is $2,315.

Can I get my deposit back?
The deposit and the final payment are non-refundable after the date stated in your enrollment agreement. You see these terms in the agreement in advance, before you pay. In case of a disaster, each situation is reviewed individually.
Can I study after work?
Yes, you can ask. Send us a request, tell us your work hours, and we will tell you what is possible.

A student who took the Basic course said: “Probably just take it slow. There's no need to go through everything so fast, because now it's over and I'm sad.”
Is there support after the course?
Yes. Graduates get support in a chat with the course materials, where you can ask questions and get answers. There is no time limit.
